Our return policy does not accept returns for change of mind. If we do agree to a return, please ensure that the product is in the same condition as when it was received. A 25% restocking fee will apply to all accepted returns. Thank you for your understanding.

All items sold on website not in original packaging including single cards will not be refundable and is "sold as is where is" condition, the condition for second hand products and cards are labelled best to our knowledge and even if described inaccurately we strictly do not refund anything that is sold not in original packaging.
